Tessa's Story is A HIT on Audible

The audiobook version of The Magnificent Madness of Tessa Wiggins is out a month before the hardcover and Kindle releases. The first reviews are in and looking good. Here's what one person said (below):

"A really good story!

This book is a sequel to [book:The Celtic Phoenix: A Sherlock Holmes Adventure: Introducing Tessa Wiggins the Irregular Detective|58198156] and it's set eight months after its end. Tessa is living with the consequences of what transpired then, guilt-ridden by Maeve's death and trying to get ready to be a priestess when Sherlock Holmes asks for her help and from there the story unleashes. I really liked the way in which Tessa's mythical story it's entwined with Holmes' case and with his past . The mystery is really interesting and well done, and bringing back an old enemy was such a good idea! The story is really worth your time."

UPDATED Website: www.MysteryBookAuthor.com

With the launch of The Magnificent Madness of Tessa Wiggins approaching, I updated and upgraded my official website: www.MysteryBookAuthor.com.  Please check it out sometime and let me know what you think.

A friend sent me a photo of a wonderful stone maze in Scotland.  It's the kind of thing Sararose and I would like to add to our land here. A great walking meditation.

Looking for people willing to do a review of my latest novel and short story.  If you are interested, I can send you a PDF because the hard copies are not yet out. Let me know if you are interested and, when I get the books, I'll send one to you with my thanks (or an audiobook if you prefer).

Three . . .Three . . . Three books in One

THREE new books - Preparing to launch three new books in the fall: The Magnificent Madness of Tessa Wiggins in both hardcover and softcover, and the Tessa Wiggins trilogy -- my last three novels featuring Tessa entitled: Improbable Protege. I have just received the first of only 100 hard cover collector's editions that will be printed and sold only on the MX Publishing website. People in Kickstarter are snapping them up. If you want one of these special editions, go to Kickstarter or MX Publishing's website.

The Voice of Tessa Wiggins

When my next novel comes out in October it will be complemented by a Kindle edition AND an AUDIOBOOK VERSION.  Production is underway on the audiobook and I thought you may be interested in hearing a short sample from the first chapter of The Magnificent Madness of Tessa Wiggins.  Rebecca Reed is the voice of Tessa Wiggins.  Some of you may recall that Rebecca read the audiobook for The Celtic Phoenix and I am so pleased she agreed to narrate Tessa's next and most dangerous adventure.  If you want to hear Rebecca

CLICK HERE and it will take you to Media Fire. Just click on the MP3 file. It's a free site and you don't have to be a member or log in. I would love to hear from you.

Kickstarter Goal Exceeded

The Kickstarter Campaign I launched a week ago has exceeded the $500 goal I set with three more weeks to go.

Thanks to everyone who contributed. They are getting good deals on awards that MX Publishing and I will be sending out when the campaign ends in late August.  The big seller, I'm delighted to say, is the limited collector's edition, hardcover trilogy: Improbable Protege which contains my most recent three novels featuring Tessa Wiggins.  Please check out Kickstarter to see if that, or something else may appeal to you.

Kcikstarter kicked off Tessa's Story in a BIG way

Just got word that I reached my Kickstarter goal in just three days.  Not only can you get Tessa's newest story in hardcover or paperback BEFORE they are released in October, but you can get them cheaper than they will be on Amazon or any bookstore.

Tessa Wiggins About to BURST Upon the World

Tessa Wiggins, the unlikely protege of Sherlock Holmes, is about to make her debut in a couple months in many forms and formats:  A hardcover and paperback of her most recent story: The Magnificent Madness of Tessa Wiggins (along with Kindle and audiobook versions).

Tessa will also be available in a limited edition (only 100 copies printed) hardcover trilogy entitled: Improbable Protege.

The launch is being kicked off on Kickstarter where you can get pre-publication deals. The most recent novel was a year in the making. I hope my readers will fall in love with Tessa as I have.
